Isso pode ocorrer em qualquer marca, por\u00e9m \u00e9 mais comum em notebooks da Dell ou Lenovo.<\/p>\n<p>Normalmente, as teclas que mais apresentam problemas s\u00e3o a de interroga\u00e7\u00e3o (?) e a barra (\/). Se voc\u00ea est\u00e1 passando por essa situa\u00e7\u00e3o, n\u00e3o se preocupe, temos a solu\u00e7\u00e3o para voc\u00ea.<\/p>\n<p>Como solucionar?<br \/>\nQuase todos os casos podem ser resolvidos com a instala\u00e7\u00e3o de um patch de corre\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Patch de Corre\u00e7\u00e3o<br \/>\nPrimeiro, fa\u00e7a o download do arquivo: Corre\u00e7\u00e3o de Teclado.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/doccom.com.br\/blog\/download\/fixteclado.zip\">https:\/\/doccom.com.br\/blog\/download\/fixteclado.zip<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s o download, descompacte o arquivo e execute-o, em seguida, basta reiniciar o seu notebook e testar a tecla de interroga\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Se ainda n\u00e3o funcionar, sugiro remover o teclado e limpar os contatos do cabo flat. Ao remontar o teclado no notebook, certifique-se de que o cabo flat esteja corretamente conectado.<\/p>\n<p>Se mesmo assim n\u00e3o funcionar, aconselho entrar em contato com o vendedor da pe\u00e7a para obter um suporte mais aprofundado.<\/p>\n<p>Corre\u00e7\u00e3o para Linux:<br \/>\nSe o seu sistema \u00e9 Linux, pode ser necess\u00e1rio remapear um novo teclado, pois a tecla \u201c\/\u201d da direita pode estar funcionando como o comando \u201cCTRL\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se voc\u00ea ainda puder usar o teclado antigo, este comando salva a combina\u00e7\u00e3o dele:<br \/>\nxmodmap -pke &gt; ~\/xmodmap_antigo<\/p>\n<p>Isso servir\u00e1 para ver corretamente a descri\u00e7\u00e3o das fun\u00e7\u00f5es de cada tecla, especialmente as que possuem dois caracteres.<\/p>\n<p>Com o novo teclado instalado, precisamos ver o c\u00f3digo que a tecla emite para o sistema operacional com o comando:<br \/>\n$kev<\/p>\n<p>Uma pequena janela se abrir\u00e1, e quando voc\u00ea coloca o mouse ali, v\u00e1rios c\u00f3digos aparecer\u00e3o na tela.
